Its just another day
i gotta' find a way
to keep from being bored to tears getting in the way.
my thoughts remain my own as i'm waiting by the phone.
someone says hello to me but i don't like their tone.
face turns red got a ringing in my head.
i try to hide behind my pride my brain is dead.
starched shirt i'm at work "yes sir please".

Coffee stains again.
i try to make some friends.
i hope to get out early but i guess it all depends.
formulate ideas. sell at half the price.
drive a new car sir it must be nice.
walking down the hall maybe looking for a brawl.
every day my self esteem continues to fall.
I think i got it now,
let me tell you how and they'll never know it,
cause' i won't show it.
i don't need to be here at all.
